Artwork Questions

 1. What is CMYK?
CMYK – refers to the primary colours of pigment: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key-Black.
These are the inks used on the press in "4-colour process printing", commonly known as
  full colour printing.
  2. What is bleed?
The bleed area is an extra amount of printed image or border that extends beyond the trim
line. 1-3mm bleed must be included in artwork.
  3. What is resolution and what resolution should I use?
The display resolution (DPI) is a number of pixels/dots per one inch. For the best print
quality we suggest to create an artwork in 300dpi. Please be aware that most of the
pictures used for web design or downloaded from the Internet are in 72dpi which is
  insufficient for printing.
  4. Can you print pictures / photos?
Yes we can, as long as they fulfil our Artwork Requirements (300dpi resolution).
